Average winter wheat condition in China in early November, 2015December 02, 2015 Wheat: During the monitoring period, winter wheat was at the seedling to tillering stage. Overall, crop condition was close to the recent 5-year average in most of winter wheat growing areas. However, winter wheat in eastern Henan was below average condition due to continuously low radiation since 5th November. In contrast, crop condition was slightly above average in eastern Sichuan. Rice, maize, soybean and cotton were out of growing season. |
