Below average crop condition in China in early December, 2015December 29, 2015 Wheat: Winter wheat was at tillering to wintering stage in China during the monitoring period, and rapeseed was at transplanting period. Exposed in reduced solar radiation caused by severe smog, crop condition was significantly below average in eastern Henan, south central of Hebei and southeastern Shandong. In eastern Sichuan, continuously rainy weather resulted in below average winter wheat condition. Rice, maize and soybean were out of growing season.
