Above average winter crop condition but locally delayed sowingOctober 31, 2018
During the period under analysis, harvesting of summer crops almost conclude while sowing of winter crops almost completed. In general, crop condition was above average at most of winter crop planting provinces. It is also noteworthy that the sowing of winter wheat in western Shandong and southern Hebei provinces were delayed.
